Well, The rodies season 5.O has already begun and I missed the auditions.
As I said in my last post that I am Mtv Ra(n)di this season as this nickname aptly suits for this season 5.O
The new roadies in season 5.O look really attractive but some how I got a feeling that the last years roadies are more capable than this year's though its still premature to conclude that.
What really astonished me this year is the personality of roadies and their perception on the show. Poor fellas, innocence is quite conspicuous in their faces apart from lack of intellect and knowledge either academic or otherwise
I feel that producers of the show really do not have much choice to select some fittest roadies this year and the result is obvious the sub-standard fellas get into the show. Did producers of the show really have left with not much choice? or Just was it the selection process itself they adopted that kept the real talent away from the show? Ok this question better be left to producers for an introspection. However, one positive feature in Roadis 5.O is that all most all roadies look attractive though they do not seem as fit as their predecssors.
The producers may boast of roadies 5.0 going international but pity it goes substandarad as well. It gets sub standard primarily bcos of its producers and then of roadies.
Often times RanVJ is seen saying..."well, you are roadies...so you can do this (ought to do this)"...as if they have superior ability simply bcos they are selected roadies so they can in thier first attempt with a scarce introduction do something what a well practiced national level champion does with care.
How ridiculous? They give themseleves a full credit for their selection process. Also RanVJ often tries to sell that roadies are talented and capable since they are selected as roadies in other words only talented can be selected as roadies....the fucking overconfidence of their selection process the stupidest of its kind and unmatached to none. He sounds like their selection process is something of highstandards and a flawless talent piker. Bullshit...do they really have a selection criteria? if so, does it have any scientific basis at all?
What exactly is their selection process? a GD and an interview (Well its what they call it. In fact I am not convinced that its an interview rather its a pervertview.)
If one looks at their selection process of roadies what they show you on Tv looks like a well directed comedy program with the sole objective of entertaining viewers. The two member team of selection look like the creatures just esacaped a Zoo and act like drunken monkeys.
With that said you can imagine what standard is of roadies selected. The roadies this year clearly feel their inferiority and some how trying to please the producers by putting on cheap acts that please producers. Roadies are trying to look meaner and vicious. They are pretending to look like bad when they are really not and trying hard to play game inspite of the odds and trying to hatch strategies where they are not good at.
Its unfortunate that they try to cover up their inferiority by borrowing some western type of behavior which really looks cheap on them. Its really awkward to see the girls talking like cheap sluts.
Some girls even mimicking the fu**ing action with hand....some of these roadies are under the impression that using F*** word, mimicking it and talking slutty please the producers. Thanks to producer, the dick head, who successfully cut such an ibicile impression in the innocent minds.
In my opinion, the abnormally high usage of this word by a man indicates his frustration in fucking and the same by a woman indicates her badly need for a good fucking.
So roadies, stop using that stupid four letter word more than necessary and stop mimicking. Reality show dosn't mean telecasting guys and girls swearing excessively. Surprisingly either girls are using this word more often or producers of the show put roadies under emotional blackmail to swear like cheap sluts.
Anyone watching the show easily figures out that roadies particularly girls acting like sluts only to please producers. If its not the case, producers by this time would have made it clear that no swearing in the show but they did not. So, its quite unfortunate that producers themseleves are of the opinion that swearing by roadies brands the show as a reality show. How chidish?
No doubt producers are emotionally blackmailing roadies about how roadies should behave on the show. They are indirectly suggesting to roadies that we, producers, are expending so much on this show and wasting money on some sub standard talents like you, roadiess, so do something and express your innerself out on public TV show in a spicy and slutty manner to make this show popular. And the result is what we see that innocent girls acting like sluts in the name of reality.
What is Roadies show all about? If you pose this question to its producer he tells you that Roadies is Really a Reality show with real flavour of adventure. In reality roadies is a show where girls swear excessively and innocent girls are intelligently and emotionally blackmailed by its producers to act like chep sluts ...people act vicious and meanest though really they are not and forced to backstab friends. Roadies do this not on their own but forced by the meanest atmosphere which roadies show create in their minds.
But reality show doesn't mean that people need to be mean and need to be political and girls act like sluts and all that bullshit....
Any show whether a reaility show or other must have a central point to present to its viewrs. With Roadies show what good the producers want to present to its viewers? What can viewers learn or imbibe watching the show? The show just presents how mean people can win or how to be a winner cheating others and backstabbing others. How to avoid responsibility being captain, how to make use of position to one's own advantage.
No captain in roadies ever acted how a captain should act. In reality, being captain is to take responsbility and sacrifice his advantage for the sake of others. In contrast, Captain in roadies uses his position to his own advantage. Is that what roadies show wants to teach to its viewers.
Is that what viewers are looking for? Is it what MTv roadies are to teach its viewers how to back stab your close friends?
In the name of adventure and reality are they trying to teach participants and viewers that how to be vicious selfish and treachorus? How to backstab close friends?
Is that what all MtV roadies about? I am afraid its not .....take it from me that such behaviour will never be encouraged. Since MTv show all the negative side of roadies for fun sake or for their stupid belief that doing so will arouse interest in viewers and make the show popular doesn't mean that MTv really encourages mean and backstabbing behaviour. But vividly telecasting such scenes successfully eclipsed their good intentions and many a time raise doubts in the minds of viewers as to what are the real interntions of MTv roadies producers.
Well MTv roadies show producers, your concept and intentions may be good but where you are heading and don't you think you are telecasting fake things in the name of reality? Even in western TV channels I never saw people on reality shows swearing like that on MTv roadies.
Don't you realize that in a way you are forceing innocent girls to act like sluts and behave unusually sexy just to please you out of their lack of intellect and real skill to be called real roadies?
Lakhs of youth are watching this program and you just want to lead them in a meanest way possible in the name of a reality and adventure show.
This program really side tracking youth.... making them fancy about elluring ultra moderinsm.
How bull shit? If they really lack certain qualities teach them. Of curse before teaching you must have known it. I think at least you knew the ideals and what you are doing.
Teach people how to sacrifice for others not how to ditch others. Producers of roadies! wake up now else you may permanently put your show to sleep by your own hands.

This is MTv Ra(n)di - pronounced just Radi as 'n' is silent. Umm something like Roadies 5.O ratherthan 5.zero.
Why this year it has all of a sudden become 5.O? instead what actualy it should have just been 5? Well, when last season was 4 what could be this season called? naturally 5 but how this season it has become 5.O?
btw who is this 'O' -- Is this something like pati, patni aur woh?
Oh gosh, who is this woh?
Could somebody explain me please? woh kaun hai? woh, by chance yeh woh - bad man bhi tho nahin hai?
No chance this year there is no chance for an exclusive badman as Executive producer himself is on the show.
Oh, without associating or attributing something explicitly bad how do producers of the show expect to get the popularity they dream of? Ok, no worries this season the show itself seems as bad.
Coming to my name part this season, why 'n' silent is everybody's guess. I thought of becoming Mtv Randi but again Mtv Randi with 'n' pronounced is very covetous award and can not be given to someone just like that when there is real 'she' who can not be beaten in this. As this covetous award exclusively reserved none other than for our sexy,slutty Miaahhhhhhhhhhhh.
Ohhhh what a yummy, lolly, slutty babehhhhhhh.

Mtv Roadies 4 geared up for grand finale
Hmmm! The pre-final was existing. I was awed by the outcome. Bani surprised me alot. I think she must be the spy. If she is not spy she is certainly amazing. There must be some very strange personality lurking inside her, if she is not spy or in some way related to organizers of the show. The way she survived two crucial vote outs gives strength to this argument. And the arguments that support she is the spy are her professional sounding accent and totally uninhibited usage of 4 letter word F**k on a tv show. She looks trained for this show.
I was surprised at the confident and assuring look in her eyes towards Antony just before and after vote out. And the way she stood for Antony was inspiring. And the way she saved Antony by pushing Raj into most awkward and embarrassing moments was really enthusing and enthralling.
She loves or hates in a discernible way. She Looks confident and matured but talks and behaves childlike. Some link is missing about her strange behavior. Any way she is still on the show and thats really great about her.
Poonam the real deserving young lady walked out of the show in a dissatisfied manner. Well Poonam really is a Super Girl. What a great personality she is. She tried her best in befitting and glorious way till the end to be a Roadie. But in the end even a slightest luck did not work in her favor. Thats bad. Its poonam the most deserving contestant of all the 13 roadies to be Roadie considering her track record of winning tasks and energy levels, competitive spirit, skills and maturity she possesses. Her costly mistake was changing her priority of voting out from Bani to Antony. Instead of this had she convinced Raj ad Antony against Bani, Poonam would have been in the show.
Antony... lol...,his feelings when he found Raj betrayed him. Well, he is still a boy. The good thing he did which secured him a position in Grand finale was voting against Poonam. Of course he is deserving but not matured enough to be a Roadie. Out of the three Bani is well deserved to be a Roadie.
Antony possess all good qualities ...he can lead, he can motivate his team and he is a good team leader, has concentration, is apolitical but still he lacks the maturity. Well it must take years of experience and age for him to get that maturity. Raj... ok he is not as bad as I first thought of him to be. Antony has slightest edge over Raj when compared both of their abilities per se. And no doubt Bani has maturity but any way I don't think she will be the Roadie as she has a very poor track record of winning tasks.
I think Antony will win the tasks and unless there will be any tricky contests in the end its the Antony or Raj that become the Roadie finally.

Mtv Roadies 4
Its pleasure to watch Roadies4 show going on MTv. Its thrill, fun, entertainment and excitement watching roadies4. First things first - I have been watching roadies4 from the beginning and though it was a disappointment in the beginning watching some interesting participants leaving the show due to immature way of voting out, its all in the game.
Though its sad to see Urjah left the show in the first episode itself well before the show begins, its well justified as she seemed to be the weakest contestant of all.
And that decision of sending out Urjah cost the entire team three best male contestants of the show. It was real disappointment watching the best contestants walking out of the show successively in a row - week after week. The first one victimized for the regional politics was Ankit and then Shalin.
At this stage Mtv roadie organisers sensed that the regional feeling is leading the show in a different direction. So to save the show from impurity they came up with some spy tactics. They announced to the roadies that there was a spy among them and suggested all of them to vote the spy out as soon as possible.
In addition to this to help the helpless - Delhi girls - organizers successfully made the devious plans hatched by the regional feeling in the young minds out and shattered with their strategy the entire game plan of guys to vote out girls in a row.
The result was obvious, the girls especially the Delhi girls blatantly took their revenge on one of the best but victim of regional temptations - Vishal who started the regional politics.
Organisers were a bit worried by the exit of Vishal as he was the center of the attraction of the show. Obviously he is most handsome and dynamic and charismatic. After Vishal's exit, to completely wipe out the idea of regional feelings in the minds of roadis, organisers dedicated the next vote out episode entirely to spy.
Organisers set a condition that spy must be voted out before next level, else all the money that roadies earned so far would be forfeited to spy.
All the roadies were drum-beated to exercise their voting right cautiously and judiciously keeping aside their likings or dislikings. This vote out episode was the freakiest and most coveted one of all the episodes. It was a googly in the end. Everybody including viewers thought Bani was a spy for her unusual and abnormal behavior so Bani was voted out. But most surprisingly Gulshan Grover - the referee in bad man character - declared after Bani was voted out that there was no spy and it was only a ploy he did use to confuse and test the confidence levels of rodies on one another. He also declared Bani was innocent and instead of Bani those who tried to vote out her would go out. And Ranvijay - the Anchor - suddenly announced that Rishab should go out as he tried to vote out Bani.
It was the most awkward U-turn of the show and everybody stunned. Well though the real intentions behind this move are unknown I personally feel that there is something behind it. Either Organizers want Bani to be in as she might be the real spy or Organisers want Rishab to go out for he might be the real spy.
If organisers want to continue Bani, really there is no need for them to throw out Rishab. There was a missing link as to why Rishab was sent out in a stealthiest way. I think either he might be the real spy or Rishab might have breached some of the rules of the contest or committed some serious error that placed him in the farewell car.
The next episode after Rishab out was started with heated exchanges between Bani and Sonam. Whatever it may be, roadis used to it - loosing the best. This episode was the most fun to watch. Both the money task and immunity tasks were entertaining a lot. Poonam - wow this girl is real talented and on par with men. She is the most matured and talented of all the girls.
As usual organizers want to retaliate the politics of the roadies in vote out. They obviously do not want to loose any of the guys that were set to be voted out by some of the girls. They came up with the idea of double vote out in this episode that turned the plans of roadies upside down. Bani the most immuned contestant to survive all the vote outs still came through successful in this episode also. Hats off to Chandigar for their regional affection. Though I appreciate their affection towards their fellow Chandigar people I strongly condemn their stupid behaviour. They voted the best out of the show by their retarded and ill-ridden mindset. Sonam the yet another best fall victim for their heinous and hard cored regional partiality.
Surprisingly Sonam looked over-confident and restless in this episode. There was clear dominant character in her face. Well there is nothing wrong in it but up to this episode she had the look of innocent and some kinda helpless face. The dominant role has been gradually developed in her over the time. She is innocent and immatured. Her immaturity cost her position in this episode. It was pain to see this pretty girl leave. The most memorable moment so far was the break down of Rupali when Sonam was voted out. The camera captured moments of the most heart felt feelings of the beautiful girls were heartrending. Swathi the petite girl also had to leave the show.

The Mtv Herohonda Roadie auditions / interview

Ok I just want to share about something I noticed about MTV Roadies audition.
I have watched the MTV Roadies Auditions twice or thrice but on no occasion I watched the full length show. I am writing this after I watched the audition part and the concluding result declaration part of the show the last time I saw it.
What I learnt from what I have seen is that it’s a stupid interview I have ever seen. The way they conduct the interview is the freakiest part. It seemed to me that already the selection was over and the interview was only a farse. May be the interview plays a lesser role in the selection process.
I just understood from what I saw that contestants are required to apply by filling up an application on their own and after evaluation of the applications a certain number of candidates are called for an interview. After seeing the interview part I was startled to learn that an interview could be conducted in such a nasty style and fashion. Well, being a man in 30's I am not so shocked but I am sure that those who never attended an interview or who do not know how an interview goes on will definitely be freaked about an interview after watching such an infernal process. Contestants who never faced any interview will be traumatized and will never dare to attend any interview once they went through this. Truly it should not be called as an interview.
Ok, now coming to positive aspects from what I have understood it seems that candidates are assessed right from filling up of application to the last words they spoke about their chances of getting selected while coming out of the interview room. So the selection process starts from filling up of application form to final words one speaks out soon after interview is over. And candidates who just want to get selected for MTv Roadies must be careful in filling up the application.
As you all might have already noticed about this - nothing artificial or no preparation works for the selection. The jury seeks their own choice of attitude to be present in the candidates. May be they want roadies to be confident, individualistic, patient this and that. But whatever they want a prospective candidate to be, the jury just wants to see a real self of the candidate. So acting or pretending or managing in selection process never works and if you do so you are easily caught by their stupid process. Thats why they have such a stupid process of interview.
Ok now let's see what jury wants? Well it’s something difficult to answer but it’s easy to answer what jury doesn’t want?
The utmost quality the jury want is that a prospective candidate must have a flare, passion or urge for participating in roadies. There must be an intense desire present in the aspirants to participae in roadies. Once they found you have that quality then they will consider your rest of the abilities.
They want people with reason they want people with a definite personality. Along with these qualities one must have intense desire to participate in roadies and must express it to the satisfaction of the jury.
The first quality they want is to know how interested you are to participate in roadies and the next thing is that whether you can manage to complete the roadies successfully.
Now let us consider who the jury is and what this jury does. The jury is not really the three stupid persons interviewing the candidates in the stupidest manner. They are fake jury. Every thing is fake right from the sending candidates into the interview room to asking them about their chance of getting selected after coming out of interview room. Ok what is not fake are your responses, reflexes, looks, behavior and your body language. All this will be closely watched and monitored and analyzed by the experts sit remotely and decide on your selection or rejection process.
What the three jury members in the interview room do or try to do is to get real self out of the candidates. Of course the three interviewers and the one at outside sending people inside are all assigned with a task of getting candidates into their own self. That is the only thing they do but nothing else. In fact it’s the fake interview but your responses are counted. I don’t know how many real jury members will be there or what is their selection criteria but I know it for sure from what I have seen that the three interviewers inside the interview room also do not know the selection criteria. They are only assigned with the task of getting candidates into their real selves.
Once you people know this truth you just enjoy the show. This interview is no inferior to MTv bakara. Also I just want to add that this auditions are not an elimination process it’s truly a selection process.
You must have three basic qualities to get selected
My sincere advice to all the candidates is not to expect to become a Roadie. No expectation - no regrets.
Think in a way that - if you are selected Herohonda is lucky if you are not selected you are lucky.
The last but not the least, if you appear for MTv Roadies auditions I don’t know whether you would become MTv Roadie or not but you would surely become MTv bakara. In my opinion there are two possibilities for staging such a stupid show, either Mtv is making candidates 'bakaras' or Mtv and candidates together are making the viewers 'bakaras'.

What I learnt from what I have seen is that it’s a stupid interview I have ever seen. The way they conduct the interview is the freakiest part. It seemed to me that already the selection was over and the interview was only a farse. May be the interview plays a lesser role in the selection process.
I just understood from what I saw that contestants are required to apply by filling up an application on their own and after evaluation of the applications a certain number of candidates are called for an interview. After seeing the interview part I was startled to learn that an interview could be conducted in such a nasty style and fashion. Well, being a man in 30's I am not so shocked but I am sure that those who never attended an interview or who do not know how an interview goes on will definitely be freaked about an interview after watching such an infernal process. Contestants who never faced any interview will be traumatized and will never dare to attend any interview once they went through this. Truly it should not be called as an interview.
Ok, now coming to positive aspects from what I have understood it seems that candidates are assessed right from filling up of application to the last words they spoke about their chances of getting selected while coming out of the interview room. So the selection process starts from filling up of application form to final words one speaks out soon after interview is over. And candidates who just want to get selected for MTv Roadies must be careful in filling up the application.
As you all might have already noticed about this - nothing artificial or no preparation works for the selection. The jury seeks their own choice of attitude to be present in the candidates. May be they want roadies to be confident, individualistic, patient this and that. But whatever they want a prospective candidate to be, the jury just wants to see a real self of the candidate. So acting or pretending or managing in selection process never works and if you do so you are easily caught by their stupid process. Thats why they have such a stupid process of interview.
Ok now let's see what jury wants? Well it’s something difficult to answer but it’s easy to answer what jury doesn’t want?
- The jury doesn’t want super mans or spider mans.
- They just don’t bother whether you have high level of confidence or IQ.
- They just want candidates with average abilities.
- The jury just want people who know why they want to participate in roadies and what for they want to participate.
The utmost quality the jury want is that a prospective candidate must have a flare, passion or urge for participating in roadies. There must be an intense desire present in the aspirants to participae in roadies. Once they found you have that quality then they will consider your rest of the abilities.
They want people with reason they want people with a definite personality. Along with these qualities one must have intense desire to participate in roadies and must express it to the satisfaction of the jury.
The first quality they want is to know how interested you are to participate in roadies and the next thing is that whether you can manage to complete the roadies successfully.
Now let us consider who the jury is and what this jury does. The jury is not really the three stupid persons interviewing the candidates in the stupidest manner. They are fake jury. Every thing is fake right from the sending candidates into the interview room to asking them about their chance of getting selected after coming out of interview room. Ok what is not fake are your responses, reflexes, looks, behavior and your body language. All this will be closely watched and monitored and analyzed by the experts sit remotely and decide on your selection or rejection process.
What the three jury members in the interview room do or try to do is to get real self out of the candidates. Of course the three interviewers and the one at outside sending people inside are all assigned with a task of getting candidates into their own self. That is the only thing they do but nothing else. In fact it’s the fake interview but your responses are counted. I don’t know how many real jury members will be there or what is their selection criteria but I know it for sure from what I have seen that the three interviewers inside the interview room also do not know the selection criteria. They are only assigned with the task of getting candidates into their real selves.
Once you people know this truth you just enjoy the show. This interview is no inferior to MTv bakara. Also I just want to add that this auditions are not an elimination process it’s truly a selection process.
You must have three basic qualities to get selected
- Intense desire to participate in roadies.
- A clear understanding on why you want to participate.
- and a reasonable quality and background that does not tarnish the name of Herohonda by your participation.
- So get into your own self.
- wear no mask.
- Express your true feelings in interview.
- If you just want to give a fit reply to fake jury members in interview room give it there that instant.
- Your expression in your true self only helps you get selected.
My sincere advice to all the candidates is not to expect to become a Roadie. No expectation - no regrets.
Think in a way that - if you are selected Herohonda is lucky if you are not selected you are lucky.
The last but not the least, if you appear for MTv Roadies auditions I don’t know whether you would become MTv Roadie or not but you would surely become MTv bakara. In my opinion there are two possibilities for staging such a stupid show, either Mtv is making candidates 'bakaras' or Mtv and candidates together are making the viewers 'bakaras'.
